Fresco

I used the term “Fresco” for lack of a better word for a technique I invented to mix dry pigments with dry plaster and then apply the powder to various (often very uneven) surfaces. The images in the earlier work are from photographs I manipulated on my first Mac computer, (a Performa 450). In the later pieces I got impatient and just dumped the pigmented plaster on a smooth plaster surface, sometimes moving it around with a drywall knife.
